This is the fifth year out of six Valley Garden Landscapes have been awarded an AILDM award which is a terrific achievement. For the first time the award ceremony was held in Melbourne where we all came together again to celebrate the best in Australian garden Design. As always it is a privilege and an honour to have a winning garden and to rub shoulders with the industry’s finest. We look forward to competing once again in 2017.

Valley Garden Landscapes are delighted to announce that we have once again won a prestigious AILDM award for our beautiful project in Surry Hills.

There were more entries than ever this year from all over Australia so it is with great pride that we came away with a gold medal and were then fortunate enough to be judged as best in category against some very stiff competition.

This is our fourth year in a row that we have won an AILDM award which is a truly fantastic achievement and one that cannot be equalled by any other company in Australia. We are very grateful to AILDM and the judges for once again deeming our entry worthy of winning.

2013-Valley Garden Landscapes wins two AILDM silver medal awards for residential gardens under $50,000 and for residential gardens between $50,000-$150,000.

We are extremely delighted to announce that we have continued our fine run of winning national design awards for a third year in a row. A feat that no other landscaping company in Australia can lay claim to. Once again our consistency and attention to detail has shone through and to be recognised in two categories is a fantastic achievement. This year was the toughest yet in terms of competition with many great entrants across the board and from all over Australia. We are looking forward to having another go next year and hope to keep up our unparalleled achievement.

We are delighted to announce that once again we have been awarded with another top national award for our modern landscapes in Sydney.. We are particularly pleased because we were the only company from last year’s finalists to win again this year, or indeed even be nominated. It is a testament to the company that we are able to maintain such a high level of consistency. However this does put the pressure on for next year!!. We are very grateful to AILDM and the judges for deeming our entry worthy of this prestigious award.

AILDM
is one of the most recognised and respected industry organisations in Australia. Our entry provided strong design elements and excellent construction and finishes. We have won in the category of garden under $50k amid some very strong competition nationwide. Indeed most of the winners for all the categories this year have come from Melbourne so we are equally pleased to be flying the flag for landscape architects in Sydney!

2010- Residential design under $40,000

British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) awards in conjunction with Capital Garden Landscapes.

2006- Domestic Garden Scheme cost between $100,000-$200,000 "Principal award winner"

Judge's comments- This garden lent itself to being developed in a series of distinctive levels. An excellent patio and steps lead to a mid-height level lawn before rising to a less formal area at the highest point. A good choice of plant material complements the hard works. This project was built to schedule and agreed cost, and to the obvious delight of the clients.

Judge's comments- The design and layout which creates various levels to this mid terrace house has been achieved with great effect. The "moongate" door is an excellent focal point and the talking point of all visitors! The use of plant material in achieving interest and a mature feel has been undertaken with great skill and the whole garden provides an effective area of privacy. A delight to judge and sit in!

Judge’s comments- A delightful project which reflects the age of the house, but at the same time offers a modern feel that links in well to the spacious extension. There is a good mature mix of planting. About a third of the garden is devoted to a woodland type setting which creates a most interesting feature to this suburban garden. All work is of a high standard.
